How do I download my files? +
After purchase you'll receive an email with your download link. Click it and the file saves to your computer. Double-click to open it in your browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari all work perfectly. No installation needed.
Do I need an internet connection to use it? +
No — once downloaded, your planner and journal work completely offline. The fonts load once when you're online and then cache for offline use too.
Can I print it? +
Yes. Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac), then choose "Save as PDF" from the printer options. You'll get a beautiful PDF you can take to any print shop to have bound professionally as a keepsake book.
Will my entries be saved if I close the file? +
Yes — everything you type saves automatically to your browser's local storage. When you reopen the same file in the same browser on the same computer, your entries will be right where you left them. We also recommend pressing Ctrl+S occasionally to save a fresh copy of the file itself.
Can my partner and I both use it? +
Yes. Share the file between you (email it, AirDrop it, or copy to a shared folder). Each person can fill in their sections, then combine into the final version.
What devices does it work on? +
Any device with a modern web browser. Best experience on a laptop or desktop. Works well on iPad in Safari. Mobile phones work but the experience is better on a larger screen.
Is there a refund policy? +
Because these are digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds after the file has been downloaded. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.
